About Me

My professional coach training includes:
I know personally what it's like to be caught in patterns you desperately want to change. I've spent many years exploring my own struggles with food, anxiety, depression, self-criticism, and the ways we sometimes try to escape uncomfortable feelings. What I've learned along the way is that lasting change rarely comes from judging ourselves or trying harder. Often, the behaviors that frustrate us make much more sense when we become curious about what's underneath them. That understanding is a big part of what led me back to coaching. Today, I bring both my professional training and my own lived experience to this work. I'm especially interested in creating a space where people can slow down, feel deeply heard, and begin to understand themselves with more compassion and less judgment. I don't have all the answers. I don't believe a good coach should. But I do know how to listen, ask questions, notice patterns, and stay curious with you while we discover what might be getting in the way.
