Dr. Richard Schwartz's "No Bad Parts"This is, by far, the best IFS book I've ever read. It is so accessible and easy to understand. I am not affiliated with the author in any way but his work has led me down a path of much deeper healing than ever before and I subtly use pieces of this work in my tapping sessions with clients who find it very effective.

Nick Ortner's "The Tapping Solution"This book describes the basis of the energy clearing I do. Based on principles of acupressure and modern psychology, tapping concentrates on specific meridian endpoints while focusing on troubling emotions or physical sensations. Combined with spoken word, tapping helps calm the nervous system to restore the balance of energy in the body and rewire the brain to respond in healthy ways.

Dr. Amy Johnson's "Little Book of Big Change"This is one of the books that majorly changed how I see everything. So much so that I ended up taking Amy's Coach Training Program (which was the 3rd coach training program for me) and it greatly expanded my capacity as a coach. This book opened my eyes to things I just hadn't been able to really see before and this fresh outlook resulted in a major upgrade in my own life experience and the quality of service I am now able to provide to others.
